“We stand by the “SDF” in stabilizing and eradicating ISIS” Tribes of Raqqa say.

The Relations Office of the Syrian Democratic Council held a meeting that included a number of dignitaries and sheikhs of the tribes of Raqqa and its countryside, at the council’s headquarters in Raqqa.
The meeting dealt with political developments and the latest developments regarding the local and regional arena, in which the most notably thing included the events in Al-Sina’a prison in the Ghweran neighborhood of Al-Hasakah and the attempt by the terrorist organization ISIS to control it, liberate the prisoners and reform itself in Syria and Iraq.
The meeting members considered that a targeting expresses several issues, most notably the procrastination and delay in resolving the Syrian crisis politically in accordance with international resolutions, which creates an opportunity for regional states and the authority in Damascus to carry out their activities in destabilizing and weakening the components.
In order to counter the attempts of the terrorist organization, tribal sheikhs suggested tightening oversight and controlling the cells of the terrorist organization, and the need for the international coalition to continue its support for the Syrian Democratic Forces until the final elimination of ISIS remnants.
The notables and sheikhs of the region’s clans also suggested that the Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria should continue its development process by activating all groups and segments of society, especially clans, which play important roles throughout Syria.
