The Syrian Democratic Council’s Representatives Meet with the Syrian-Syriac Community in the Netherlands

The Syrian Democratic Council’s representatives in Germany and the Netherlands, in collaboration with the Communication Committee for the Conference of Democratic Powers and Figures, held a meeting with the Syrian community of the Syriac component residing in the Netherlands.

Dr. Rizgar Qasim, the SDC representative in Germany and the Netherlands, welcomed the attendees and explained the purpose of the meeting. Following that, Hassan Muhamed Ali, a member of the Executive Committee and head of the Relations bureau of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), spoke about the situation in northeastern Syria, recent developments, and the Council’s stance on political events.

Ali Rahmoon, a member of the Relations Bureau of the SDC, also spoke during the meeting, discussing the ongoing efforts to hold the Conference of Democratic Powers and Figures, elaborating its objectives and approved frameworks.

The meeting also included various political figures from different parties, such as the Unified Communist Party and the Democratic People’s Party, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and coordination among the various components in Syria to achieve stability and progress.

The meeting addressed Syrian issues and joint national work, reviewing the latest political developments in northeastern Syria. Also, opinions and dialogues were discussed regarding the paths of joint national work and the efforts made to promote democracy and achieve the desired change in Syria.

During the meeting, the attendees expressed their opinions and suggestions regarding future policies and strategies to enhance democracy and build a better future for Syria.
