The Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) held on Saturday a series of meetings with various political parties in Qamishli to discuss political developments, challenges, and prospects for a political solution in Syria.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The SDC’s delegation included Layla Qaraman, Co-chairwoman of the SDC, and Mahmoud al-Mislat, Co-chairman of the SDC, as well as Afram Ishaq, Deputy of the SDC’s Co-chairs and Hussein Azam, a member of the SDC’s Relations Office.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During these meetings, the SDC engaged with several Kurdish political parties in Syria. The delegation met with the Kurdish Democratic Unity Party (Yekiti). Muhi al-Din Sheikh Ali, Secretary of the Party, and Hussein Badr, a member of the Party’s Political Office, along with other members of the Leadership Body including Masum Dawoud and Muhammad Saleh received the delegation.<\/strong><\/p>\n
