Afrin and Al-shahba Office receives a delegation from the Democratic Union

Today, Afrin and A-lshahba Office received a delegation from the Democratic Union Party at the headquarter of Afrin and Al-Shahba Office in Al-Shahba area to discuss the political developments in the region and the challenges facing north and east of Syria
The delegation included Aisha Hesso, the Co-President of the Democratic Union Party, and As’ad Manan, the Co-President of Afrin Council, in addition to a number of the General Council members of the Democratic Union Party. Where they were received by Ali Mahmod and Shireen Qaso, the joint presidency of Afrin and Al-shahba Office, as well as Mohammed Hassan ,the member of the Presidential Council, and Jamal Rashid, a member of the Public Relations Office
The two sides discussed the latest political developments at the regional and local levels and the challenges facing the Self-Administration regions in north and east of Syria in the light of regional and international developments
The two sides also discussed the various attitudes that were issued by some local, regional and international parties after the Syria Democratic Council held for the Syrian Clans Forum in Ein-Issa town / Al- Raqqa countryside, which witnessed noticeable presence of various Syrian clans
The two sides discussed the practices of the Turkish State in the north of Syria, especially inAfrin region, which is witnessing the Turkish occupier practices significantly and unprecedented. the most important of which is the Turkish state initiative to build a wall around Afrin area and to separate it from its Syrian surroundings as well as the daily violations that violate the Charter of Human Rights and International Laws
The meeting ended with the two sides stressing the continuation of efforts at all levels to bring the Turkish occupier and its mercenaries out of Afrin and the whole North of Syria. And working with all Syrian nationalists who believe in democratic, the negotiating solution and the language of dialogue to find a way out of the crisis and to reach Syria to democracy and decentralization
