The Turkish state had cut off water from Al-Alouk station, which is occupied byTurkish army and its mercenaries. This exposed the lives of nearly half a million people in NE Syria to risk of Corunavirus infection.
On the other hand, Al-Sina’a prison in the city of Hassakeh that detains ISIS militants, witnessed cases of insubordination and rebellion amid reports that some of them escaped, but later on the leadership of SDF denied this escaping through a press release. This matter requires cooperation of international community in this file and work to determine the fate of these detainees through establishment of a special international court in the areas of Self-Administration to receive appropriate punishment according to international laws and regulations.
The crises and conflict taking place in Syrian arena require international action to shoulder its responsibilities in ending the conflict in accordance with UN Resolution 2254 and implementation of its provisions, in the forefront of which, is setting free prisoners of conscience, the kidnapped and forcibly disappeared persons.
