MSDOn the occasion of New Year’s Day (2022), we congratulate the Syrian people with all its components and their different affiliations, hoping that the new year will be the beginning of a new phase in which the democratic transformation will be achieved and the Syrian people will achieve their aspirations to establish a new Syria that will be a home for all.
We congratulate the families of the righteous martyrs, and we extend our thanks to the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Internal Security Forces for their steadfastness and great sacrifices, their response to threats and terrorism, their victory over sedition and the plots of haters, and their efforts to preserve the gains of the Syrian people and to establish security and stability.
We use this occasion to express our concern about the state of the Syrian people, hoping that the future will be better, and the Turkish occupation of our cities and villages will end, also comprehensive and sustainable solutions will be set and not being a cause for further displacement and suffering.
We call on the international community, and we declare that Syria, as a country, cannot bear more crises, violence, terrorism, extremism, instability and authoritarianism. It is the duty of the international community to end this chaos and destruction.
At the Syrian level, we renew our desire for all parties for adopting a dialogue and understandings in order to resolve all problems and obstacles, and achieve the long-awaited political solution in which the Syrians are sad and give sacrifices instead of it .
In the new year, we hope that peace and stability will prevail in the region, and we hope that the world in 2022 will be more peaceful and advanced.
