Telegraph of Congratulation on Occasion of Eid al-Adha:

The Islamic world celebrates with Eid al-Adha, which is on Sunday, with the continuation of the Syrian crisis, during which our people suffered from the scourge of war, destruction, hardships, alienation and permanent migration in which the Syrian has been lost, waits a decent return to his homeland and long waited happy life.
In these bitter circles, The Syrian regime continues on its arrogance, does not listen to advice, does not accept consultation and does not want a solution, while the Turkish state renews its threats to launch aggression against our safe areas administrates by Self-Administration of Northern and Eastern Syria, with false pretenses and ambitions. Turkey fabricates lies and simmers mercenaries, who have sold their issue to religious illusions and personal interests. At the same time, our people were able to withstand against all difficulties they faced and achieved victory after victory by virtue of the sacrifices of our heroic martyrs.
This Eid, for the first time for years, carried to the Syrians a great joy because of the elimination of those who spoiled their joy and disturbed their presence during previous Eids. Those were the mercenaries of ISIS, who were chased by SDF that ended their military presence and are still pursuing their sleeper cells in continuous security campaigns.
Turkish threats push its mercenaries to destroy stability through sabotage and media aimed at provoking strife among components of the region and its safe people.
We in the Syrian Democratic Council congratulate the Islamic nation and our Syrian people by coming of Eid al-Adha, wishing our people and all peoples of the world security, freedom and stability, hoping that this year will be the end of violence and fighting in Syria and launching of a national dialogue that will result in a solution to the Syrian crisis according to its political course and transfer Syria to a democratic decentralization state in which all prople have equal rights and duties.We also call for reconstruction and the return of displaced people to their homes and families.
