bhzad jan“Al-Karama Development Organization “in cooperation with Raqqa Civic Council and Ein Eissa Camp administration, organized the “Festival of Colors” on occasion of beginning of the new school year to draw joy and smile on the faces of the children of the camp in Ein Eissa camp with wide participation of the children of the camp.
The ceremony was attended by dozens of children from Ein Issa camp and IDPs inside the camp, as well as members of Raqqa Civic Council, the co-chairmanship of Ein Issa Camp and participation of a delegation from SDC which included members from Relation Office, Women Office and Organization Office
The activity included children’s theatrical performances, songs, sports competitions and arts by several teams from inside the camp and teams from the cities of Raqqa and Tabqqa.
Many gifts and rewards were given to children who participated in performance of songs and recited poems in addition to a number of children with special needs in the camp.
This activity is part of the campaign launched by Raqqa Civic Council in coordination with “Al-Karama Development Organization” and management of Ein Issa camp on occasion of the new school year to encourage children to return to school again and bring joy to them.
