The Syrian Democratic Council honors the organizers of the painting of “Fingerprints of Pain “

The Syrian Democratic Council honored those who supervised the painting of the children of Afrin and al-Shahba in recognition of their efforts to convey the aspirations of these children to the world.
The Co-Chair of the Syrian Democratic Council, Amina Omar, and deputy-president of the executive committee, Nojeen Yossef, received at the council’s headquarters in Ein Eissa sub-district, a delegation of supervisors of the implementation of the painting of “the Fingerprints of Pain “. The delegation consisted of ” Hanif Hamo” a painter and who suggested the idea of the project, Usama Ahmad, the co-chair of of Afrin Intellectuals Union and Haitham Mustafa, the general supervisor of the painting.
During the honoring, Amina Omar, Co-Chair of the council, said:
“This painting is the greatest message to international and humanitarian organizations, and is a message which conveys to all countries the right of Afrin children to live their childhood in peace and safety like the rest of the world children”
About their objective of this honor, Omar said:
 “We, as the Syrian Democratic Council, honor supervisors of this great work, and hope that they will continue drawing other similar actions.”
As for the details of the painting, the general supervisor “Haitham Mustafa” said:
 “The idea of ​​painting began in order to approach from the world of children about their hopes, their pains, their lives and their ambitions. This painting carries the fingerprints and fingers of these children, and transmits what they have suffered from the scourge of war in Afrin, especially period of resistance.”
Mustafa, continued talking about the objectives of the project:
 “This painting is a message to convey the voice of the children of Afrin and its people to the whole world, who did nothing with the sufferings of the people of Afrin in hope that this message will attract the world attention”

On September 2, Romaf Agency , in cooperation with” Afrin Intellectuals” and several activities in Afrin and al-Shahba, organized a project to paint the largest paintings of the children of al-Aser camp ( Serdem) in al-Shahba district under the title “Fingerprints of Pain” to monitor events of Afrin before and after the war, the period of displacement and sufferings they are suffering inside the camp.
