A human Rights Organization Calling on Turkish State to Stop Violating Human Rights

” Ma’at ” Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights called on Turkish state to stop its violations of the Kurdish component and the general components of the region, whether within the Turkish borders or in neighboring countries such as Syria.
The Foundation published on its official website a message on the occasion of International Day for Elimination of Racial Discrimination, which is the same date that marks Newroz Eid, which is celebrated by Kurdish people and the entire Aryan people.
” Ma’at ” Foundation stated, through its president, Ayman Aqil, that the Turkish regime deals with brutality with the Kurdish people and continues to discriminate, persecute and repress against some religious and ethnic minorities on its lands, especially the Kurds with whom the Turkish government deals with repression and arrests, and mobilizes its military forces to the border with Syria opposite the Kurdish areas, taking the Kurds as a cover for military intervention in Syria.
Aqil adds that the Turkish authorities practiced all forms of persecution and discrimination against the Kurds in order to exterminate an entire people, whether within its borders or in its southern borders with Syria.
The Foundation believes that depriving individuals of the most basic principles of equality and fueling feelings of hatred that may lead to genocide, all of these practices are forms that destroy life and cause a rift in local communities.
“Ma’at” Foundation called on the international community to pressure on Turkish authorities to end discrimination and persecution that it is practicing against religious and ethnic minorities, especially the Kurds.
It is worth noting that ” Ma’at “Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights, which was established in the beginning of 2005, seeks to employ the human rights approach and use its mechanisms and tools to promote the values and practices of social peace, development, democracy and good governance.
