MSDThe Presidential Body of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) received on Wednesday a delegation from the Executive Council of the Euphrates Region in the SDC’s office in Raqqa.
The delegation met with Layla Qaraman, Co-chairwoman of the SDC, Hassan Muhammad Ali, Co-chairman of the SDC’s Relations Office, and Jihan Khedro, Head of the Women’s Office.
Meanwhile, the visiting delegation was led by Farhan Haj Issa, Co-chairman of the Executive Council of the Euphrates Region.
The meeting discussed the most important political developments at the local, regional, and international levels, as well as the political solution path in Syria.
The delegation also addressed the challenges and obstacles in the region following the destruction of the infrastructure by Turkey.
In conclusion, the Executive Council of the Euphrates Region emphasized that the region’s components underscore the crucial role played by the SDC in resolving the Syrian crisis. It represents the national political umbrella that calls for achieving consensus among Syrians and paves the way for a comprehensive solution to the Syrian crisis, in line with the aspirations of the Syrian people.
