The member of the Presidential Council of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) Hassan Mohamed Ali, said that the project, which is led by SDC and is being implemented in Northern and Eastern Syria, is the most appropriate and the best for the Syrian situation.
Mohammad Ali spoke during a public lecture in the German city of Bremen on Sunday July 7, in the presence of dozens of Syrian citizens in Germany and western politicians, in addition to those who are interested in the Syrian issue and the project of democratic decentralization.
The member of the Presidential Council touched on the international changes in the region, the nature of the conflict that has been raging in Syria for more than eight years, the international parties involved in the Syrian file and their role in achieving the democratic transition process.
Ali continued his talk about the approach adopted by the Syrian Democratic Council since its establishment, how it managed to eliminate the most powerful terrorist organization and establishes a democratic project involving all Syrian components in North and East of Syria.
He added that they are struggling to resolve the Syrian crisis according to the international track and the resolutions of the Security Council, especially resolution No. 2245.
In the same context, Mohamed Ali talked about the challenges facing the regions of North and East Syria, whether Turkish continuing threats or confronting sleeping cells of ISIS, as well as attempts by some people to sow discord among the components of North and East Syria to hit the state of societal harmony.
The member of the Presidential Council called upon the Syrian community in Europe to prove its attachment to their motherland, to defend its gains by forming friendships with all European peoples, putting them in true picture of reality away from distortion and working to win their support for the democratic project.
