MSDThe city of Krasnogorsk, located in the suburbs of the Russian capital, Moscow, was subjected to a terrorist attack carried out by an armed group, resulting in the killing and injury of dozens of innocent civilians.
We, as members of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), extend our condolences to the Russian Federation, its people and the families of the casualties. We strongly condemn this terrorist attack, and reaffirm the terrorists’ ability to persistently threaten global security and peace. The assault once again underscores the capacity of terrorists to operate their attacks within the unstable international situation, and we caution against the efforts of these terrorist groups in fueling conflicts.
We call upon all active international and global powers to stand in solidarity with the casualties of this attack and intensify joint efforts to achieve sustainable stability. Also, we call on them to work towards calming conflicts worldwide and eliminating the terrorist groups whose atrocities we have witnessed in Syria. The Russian people, along with all people around the world, deserve greater safety and peace.
